Great way to save that extra BAH. House is located in a nice safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors directly behind Harbor Freight. I have already paid all the initial set up fees and you will not be required to split those with me. Rent is $600 each and utilities split 2 ways. (Maybe possible to accept 2 more roommates so rent goes to $400 each with bills split 3 ways). It's a 3 bed house with 2 room openings. Lease goes until the end of April. It's very doable to continue after that if things go well. There is currently no internet connected but we can get it and split it if you choose to get it. Male or female welcome. Military preferred. The location is conveniently next to everything you need and less than 5 minute ride to Tinker Air Force Base. Income check and background check required. No smoking inside. There is a friendly dog here and we can only have one additional animal with another $250 pet deposit. Please be clean and respectful. There is driveway parking for 2 vehicles and street parking also. 1 parking spot available in garage for extra 50/month. The house is mostly unfurnished but I will be getting things here and there. There is a large gated back yard and den room and plenty of storage. About roommate: I am former military myself in avionics. I'm all for having guests over and socializing but most of the time I'll keep to myself. I have a wide range of interests.
